Nafeesah Harris is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist who has been in the field for over 10 years. Operating as a traditional School Psychologist with an emphasis on Assessment, Intervention and Counseling, Nafeesah has branched out to help other School Psychologists, both novice and seasoned, maximize their impact in and outside of their 9-5.

School Psychologists are educational professionals whose typical day to day function includes assessing students for learning disabilities and designing and implementing interventions--but there is so much more within the details. It is a fulfilling job, but can be a taxing one. With such a vast range of responsibilities, 2 Cool 4 School Psych® sets out to minimize work stress and maximize the impact of School Psychs in school settings. School Psychologists are more than what we are limited to in our 9-5s. So we aim to show SPs how to increase their visibility, showcase their true worth and maintain the passion that they started with when entering the field.
Our approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work collaboratively with School Psychs to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching is a process of discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for School Psychologists to get to the next level.
